Showdown in Bleiburg & Békéscsabai

This year’s titles in the MEVZA Cup will be awarded in Austria and Hungary next weekend. The hosts finished the regular season in second place in the women’s and three in the men’s categories. The victory in the women’s event will only be won by beating the Czech team of VK UP Olomouc, and in the men’s event by the Slovenians of ACH Volley Ljubljana.

Both teams played an excellent season and suffered only one defeat at a time. Irrespective of this, finals always have their own rules. Accordingly, the hosts in particular hope for the support of the audience. While the Hungarians are going for their second title at home, Aich/Dob’s victory would be the first MEVZA title in the club’s history.

All matches will be shown live on www.laola1.tv!
