MEVZA Director, Frane Zanic, expressed his excitement about the tournament and its importance for volleyball development in the region:

“I am delighted that we have successfully launched the Club Championship project at the European level. In this case, it is for junior clubs from all nine MEVZA member countries, plus Montenegro, which will have representatives in this first tournament in Zadar. I hope that in the coming years, in addition to the MEVZA League, we will be able to organize more competitions like this at the European Federation level. I believe this is further proof that MEVZA is one of the best and most stable zonal associations. We expect guests from the European and World federations at the tournament, and I think Croatia has once again demonstrated that it can host such a significant and important competition.”
