In the third and final match of the first MEVZA tournament in Podgorica, Buducnost went up against Israeli side Hapoel Kfar Saba. The audience witnessed a spirited clash in which both teams showcased quality play and a strong desire to win.
The opening set featured an exciting finish. Both coaches relied on timeouts to steady their teams, but in the decisive moments it was Hapoel who held their nerve, closing the set 25:23.
Buducnost responded in the second set, fueled by the support of its younger players who brought extra energy onto the court. With a well-organized game and renewed rhythm, the home team leveled the score at 1:1.

The third set, however, belonged entirely to the visitors. Hapoel stormed ahead with a 5:0 run to start and never looked back, maintaining control until sealing the set. Still, Buducnost refused to give up: in the fourth, they opened with a 4:0 lead, hoping to push the match into a decisive fifth set. Yet, once again, Hapoel demonstrated their composure, overturning the deficit and confirming their strength by closing the match.
In the end, Hapoel Kfar Saba celebrated a well-deserved victory, while Buducnost left a positive impression in front of their supporters. The Montenegrin side showed plenty of potential, particularly through the contributions of their younger players, who are increasingly making their mark at this level.
