Two more matches for each team of the MEVZA Cup Men. And the two top teams in the current table, ACH Volley and host team SK Posojilnica Aich/Dob, already qualified. Four teams still running for the remaining two places for the Final Four. After the two matches Saturday evening it looks like that the fight for the MEVZA title will be a clash between Austria’s and Slovenian top clubs in Bleiburg in the middle of March. But still Hungarian national champion VRC Kazincbarcika is only two points behind fourth place. For Union Raiffeisen Waldviertel, after the thrilling five set win against Calcit Colley Kamnik Saturday evening, fourth place would mean first time MEVZA Final Four for Austrians vice champion.
To keep it short and simple: MEVZA Men keeps scarcely!
