MEVZA League: WALDVIERTEL secured three points with derby win against GRAZ

In the men’s MEVZA League, Union Raiffeisen WALDVIERTEL claimed a compelling 3-0 (25-18, 25-22, 25-17) derby win over UVC Holding GRAZ on home soil.

As a result, the hosts moved up to fifth place in the current table on eight points with a 3-3 win-loss record. Austria’s reigning national champions, on the other hand, have to cope with another setback. They are sitting in seventh place in the standing on four points from the eight matches they have contested so far.
